I was extremely pleased with my experience today. After waking up to no heat, we had a very knowledgeable and friendly service representative at our home within an hour. It took only 20 minutes to relight the furnace, and they explained how to do it myself if it ever goes out again.

I contacted Mountain Heating and Cooling near the end of summer to request maintenance on the furnace in a house we had just purchased. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly, and on the day of service, they even called an hour beforehand to ask if they could come a little early. That worked out great for us. When Steven arrived to do the work, he was excellent. He walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. He was honest, forthright, knowledgeable, and professional. I'll definitely be using Mountain Heating and Cooling from here on out.

The entire team—April and Kathy in the office, Kris the Sales Manager, and especially our amazing installers, Cody and Isak—was super professional, timely, and attentive.
